From the south (Massachusetts):

• Route 95 to Portsmouth
• Take Route 16 North, Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 14, Ten Rod Road, Rochester.
• Take a left off the exit ramp.
• Industrial Way will be on your left just after the turnpike entrance going south.
• Go all the way to the top of the hill to the STOP sign.
• Go through the STOP sign and take a left – go up the hill to #36

From the north:

• Take Route 16, Spaulding Turnpike to Rochester.
• Take Exit 15, Route 11.
• Take a left off the exit ramp and go through the first set of lights.
• At the second set of lights take a right on to Ten Road Road
• Industrial Way will be on your left just after the turnpike entrance going south.
• Go all the way to the top of the hill to the STOP sign.
• Go through the STOP sign and take a left – go up the hill to #36

From Concord:

• Take Route 4 to Route 202 in Northwood
• Continue on 202 to Rochester
• Just before the SHELL STATION take a right onto the Spaulding Tnpk.north.
• Take Exit 14, Ten Rod Road, Rochester.
• Take a left off the exit ramp.
• Industrial Way will be on your left just after the turnpike entrance going south.
• Go all the way to the top of the hill to the STOP sign.
• Go through the STOP sign and take a left – go up the hill to #36

From Manchester:

• Take Route 101 to Route 125.
• Take a left onto Route 125 and continue to Rochester.
• In Rochester, just after the 125 Quickie take a right onto the Spaulding Tnpk. north
• Take Exit 14, Ten Rod Road, Rochester.
• Take a left off the exit ramp.
• Industrial Way will be on your left just after the turnpike entrance going south.
• Go all the way to the top of the hill to the STOP sign.
• Go through the STOP sign and take a left – go up the hill to #36
