Membership Meetings Calendar

Please remember to RSVP for all meetings as caterers need accurate head counts.  If you can not make the meeting and advise the Board Office at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting, you will not be billed.  All others will be billed.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

March 12th at Cisco Brewery in Portsmouth

New Member Orienation for new REALTOR Members, begins at 8:15 a.m., and runs until 11:45 a.m.  Lunch and our Membership Meeting with a New Member Induction begins at noon.  We have a great speaker lined up along with updates and what’s new for 2019.  Lunch will be $22.00 per member with advance tickets here:

Following the meeting a FREE NH Core class takes place.  This is free only for SCBR Members.  Visit the SCBR Education Page for the sign up information  and link to the class.

June 19th at The Oaks in Somersworth–100 Hideaway Place, Somersworth

Membership Meeting , Lunch and our Annual Award Ceremony begins at 11:30.

SEPTEMBER 18, at The American Legion in Rochester

All day event with a New Member Orientation for our newest REALTOR members** beginning at 8:15 a.m., and running until noon.   **This Orientation is ONLY for New REALTOR Members.  Separate from New Member Orientation, in the salon, we will host Kathy Roosa who will teach a class on the Code of Ethics.  Sign up link for the Code of Ethics is on our Education Page.  The Annual meeting and lunch will start at noon with Bob Quinn, Government Affairs Director speaking with Mary Truell on Public Policy.  Our lunch sponsor is Spence & Mathews Insurance and Brad Scott with Spence & Mathews will also speak.   An Eventbrite link for RSVP’s is below:

After the membership meeting we will be holding one additional continuing education class.   “Why Do They Ask For That?” taught by Bank of NH from 1:30 to 4:30.  This is a free class for SCBR Members only.   Sign up link is on our Education Page.  If you attend, please bring a canned food item as your donation!  These items will be distributed to a local food pantry after class.

NOVEMBER 20th Holiday Party at the Service Credit Union Victory Club on the UNH campus.  155 Main Street, Wildcat Gate B, Durham   5:30 to 9:00 p.m.

 We’ll be celebrating the end of another great year here at SCBR and installing the 2020 Board of Directors.  A Live and a Silent Auction will be on the slate of activities.  We’ll have a live band, dancing,a surprise guest and a Moroccan Buffet with a cash only bar.  You won’t want to miss this evening of fun!  Here’s the link to sign up.  Don’t wait, tickets will go fast!
