MEMBERSHIP MEETING CALENDAR FOR 2018
**Please remember to RSVP for all meetings as caterers need accurate head counts. If you can not make the meeting and advise the Board Office at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting, you will not be billed. All others will be billed. –There will be five meetings held in 2018. We are using these meetings as all day events and combining education and other topics in with them.
January 9th, 2018 at the Revolution TapRoom in Rochester
This is our Holiday Party with a Silent Auction that will benefit our Scholarship Fund for 2018. Make sure to attend this event since it’s sure to sell out and also be a great time. Meet our 2018 Board of Director’s and after a very quick meeting, the food, drinks, dancing and fun will begin! March 21st at The American Legion in Rochester–94 Eastern Ave, Rochester
New Member Orienation begins at 8:15 a.m. A NH Core will take place from 9-12. Our Membership Meeting with a New Member Induction begins at 12:00. We will have an Italian buffet lunch with various pastas for meat lovers and veggie lovers. That cost is $20 payable at the door by check, cash or credit card. Our speaker is Bob Quinn, Director of Gov’t Affairs at NHR. Following our meeting we will be holding two more classes. One beginning at 1:30 on Price it Right, Watch it sell and the second from 5-6 on Mobile Home Financing. For more info., please check out our Education Calendar page.
June 20 at The Oaks in Somersworth–100 Hideaway Place, Somersworth
Membership Meeting and lunch begins at 11:30 and we will hold our Annual Awards at this time. To purchase a ticket to this, the link is below. Or you can purchase at the door. ROTY and AOTY will be awarded as well as NHAR Honor Society, Realtor Emeritus, RPAC, etc., our new Affiliate Members will be inducted and receive their pins. Our Meeting will focus on what’s new and upcoming from SCBR, NHR and NAR. Following the meeting a shotgun start at 1:00 kicks off the SCBR Golf Tournament which will run until 5:00. For Golf RSVP’s, please contact either Hope Rennie or Eric Stanley. ALSO, we will be holding a 3 NH Credit Class on Staging. Completion of this class earns you the CSA designation! The class will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the banquet room of The Oaks for those members who are not golfers! SEPTEMBER 11, at Redhook Brewery in Portsmouth 1 Redhook Way
All day event with a New Member Orientation beginning at 8:15 and running until noon kicks off the day. The Annual meeting will start at noon with a buffet lunch a New Member Induction Ceremony, voting and 2018 updates. Our speaker will focus on Realtor Safety as September is Realtor Safety Month. After the meeting we will hold a class from 1:30-4:30 taught by NEREN on Paragon for 3 NH Credits. Another class from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. will follow the Paragon class. That class on FHA Financing is for 3 ME and 3 NH Credits taught by Brian Makris. More Info can be found on our Education Calendar.

This will be an evening filled with laughs and fun! 5:00 p.m. kicks off a cocktail party and 6:00-8:30 is the holiday bash. We’ll have the infamous band, “Clear to Close” playing during the party, a silent auction with bidding wars, great food and cocktails, dancing, a quick meeting to install the 2019 Board of Director’s and thank our 2018 Board, Service Credit Union will speak and present some info to all of us, plus lots of holiday merriment! From 2:00 to 5:00 we’ll be holding a Code of Ethic’s Class taught by Kathy Roosa. Don’t forget, each and every one of you need to take this class before 12/30/18. Sign up early for this one!
