Karen resides in Dover with her Akita. A Realtor with Keller Williams Coastal Realty since 2012, many know her from the Short Term Furnished Executive Apartment days at The Schooner Inn, as well running the original Barn Tavern with her family. She currently volunteers on the SCBR Community Service Committee, at The Star Island Corporation and at Find it At The First- First Parish Church thrift store. Karen enjoys networking in the community, ice-fishing, gardening and recently joined the gym.

Marc understands the uniqueness of the seacoast community and has played and continues to play an active role in the community by serving on various community service organizations and non-profit boards. Brendan is the Operations Manager of Universal Property Management in Portsmouth. A recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Brendan and the team at Universal Property Management aim to take away the hassle of being a landlord for investment property owners. When he’s not in the office, Brendan enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing.
