Congratulations to our 2020 Strafford County Affiliate of the Year
Congratulations to Lora Piatti, Business Development and Closing Officer for Cohen Closing & Title for being selected Affiliate of the Year. The award is given to a nominated affiliate member who provides significant contributions and outstanding service to the realtor community and the local association.
Lora has taken the lead as co-chair of the affiliate committee for several years and has been an advocate for her peers. Fun and Fundraising were hand in hand as she spearheaded a social event on the Winni Belle, a boat on Lake Winnipesaukee that not only was a sold-out event but created a profit that was used for a new realtor orientation. Giving of her time to the community service soup kitchen, along with donating her pontoon boat each year as a silent auction item, exemplifies the “team spirit” of our affiliate members and we are proud to have her as a member of our SCBR family.
