Here at SCBR, we are always striving to provide interesting, cutting edge and sought after continuing education for our Members.

 Please REMEMBER, IF YOU SIGN UP BUT DO NOT SHOW UP FOR CLASS, YOU WILL BE BILLED AT THE NON-MEMBER PRICE!   Non Member fee is $45.00 per class.   For ZOOM classes, payment must be paid at registration.  If classes are free and you RSVP and do not attend, a $25.00 no show charge will be applied to your account.

  • This will fulfull your NAR Fair Housing Class requirement
  • This course covers Fair Housing practices and the ADA.  This class dives deeply into the legal framework that protects various groups.
